Sporty and Stylish

If you know me, you have probably noticed that I’m not a sneakers girl, or a flats girl for that matter. These New Balance sneakers are definitely an exception to my shoe closet. They have been quite trendy for a while now, and I finally gave in. I must say that they are super comfortable and fit to perfection. Not to mention the diversity of styles and colors you can find out there. They are perfect for running errands on the weekend or even pairing them with a cute outfit like this.

How do you wear flats or sneakers?

Black And White feat. No Nonsense

Hello, August! I’m bringing back No Nonsense to my closet. Leggings are often seen as one of the basics in your wardrobe, but here I wanted to show you how you can make them the focus of your outfit. These cute capri leggings from No Nonsense are super soft and comfy, and better yet you can get them here for less than $15. A patterned pair like this one has lots of character and needs minimal styling. If you’re not into wearing slacks at work, these capris are a great alternative you can wear during any season. The black and white pattern makes it easier to wear with any color you like. Here are two looks I hope you enjoy – edgy (for the weekend) and clean-cut (for the week days).

Paisley Capri Leggings: No Nonsense; Caged Tank – Charlotte Russe; Duster: Zara (old), similar here, here; Shooties (Look 1): Steve Madden (old), similar here; Peplum Top: Nordstrom Rack (old), similar here; Shooties (Look 2): Vince Camuto (old), similar here; Clutch: Kate Spade
