Brunching to Bar Hopping in One Dress

Hi all!

I wanted to share another versatile look I wore this weekend. The title already gave it away, but you can see below how I styled this light cut-out dress from Driven Boutique both ways. For daytime, I paired it with flat mules (scored these in Mexico). I love this trend although I’m quite short, and I don’t find them very flattering. Since it’s summer in Vegas already, I wore a denim vest. If you live somewhere cooler, you can opt for a moto jacket instead.

Heels are a must for my evening looks. The corset trend is new to me – this one comes with the dress already, and it’s velvet! I kept seeing similar corsets online for a while, but I wasn’t sure about this trend until I finally tried it on. It does give you a feminine and sophisticated look, so I have a feeling I’ll be wearing it more this season.

I hope you enjoy both looks. If you’re looking for versatile pieces at affordable prices, you can find tons of cute stuff at Driven Boutique you can wear different ways. I personally love the fact that the store only carries a few sizes of each item, so it makes your outfits pretty unique. I’m working on more day to night stories, so stay tuned!

Cheers to a productive week ahead! ❤

Summer Chic

Summer is upon us! Dresses are always a great go-to option for a daytime or an evening outfit; however, I like to experiment a bit and get creative with my outfits. Here is a look I put together with mostly old pieces I’ve purchased during previous seasons. Again, just trying to show you that you don’t need to have everything from the latest Nordstrom collection. Luckily, the off-the-shoulder trend is still current, and so are the bermuda shorts. I purchased these at Zara a while back, but currently you can find plenty of them. Fabrics and prints vary, so there’s definitely an abundance of choice. The fit at Zara isn’t perfect, and I would advise you to try pieces on at the store.

I hope you enjoy this outfit as much as I do!
