Not long ago I was invited to a non-traditional GNO at the newest hotspot in Boca Park in Summerlin, Las Vegas. This time I opted in for cycling instead of sips! XCYCLE is a high-intensity indoor cycling studio that combines an amazing workout with a fun atmosphere. This is a great option if you want to spice up your gym routine, meet new friends, and better yet get an invigorating 45-minute workout led by Schwinn-certified instructor. Stepping Into Fall

Many parts of the world are already enjoying the fall season, its beautiful colors, cooler weather and fall fashion trends. I can’t say the same about Las Vegas since we’re still experiencing temperatures in the 80s; however, we finally enjoyed the first signs of the season with some rain this weekend. I, of course, am excited to step into a nice pair of boots, fur vests and comfy turtlenecks. Until then, I’m taking it step by step.
